Terms and Conditions / Limitation of Liability

Kaletur Tourism LTD (its owners, outfitters, agents, and employees) act only as an agent for the passengers in regard to transportation and/or all other related travel services as stated in the itinerary or travel arrangements agreed upon by customer, and thus, assumes no liability for injury, delay, irregularity, loss, or damage to person (including death) or property, or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather, failure of any means of transportation to comply with schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, government regulations, discrepancies, and/or change in transit or hotel accommodations over which it has no control, whether it arises out of or is incidental to the tour or otherwise. Although it is very, very rare, some reasonable changes in the posted itineraries and prices may be made any time when deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers. Kaletur Tourism LTD, cannot accept responsibility for the property of or personal illnesses or injuries to tour participants during the course of the tour.
Be advised that no liability on the part of the organizing agents arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion, facility shall exceed the total amount paid (minus non-refundable deposits) or agreed to be paid for the tour or holiday and shall in no case include any consequent loss or additional expense whatsoever. |
*** Passports, Vaccinations, Visas, Inoculations *** |
The responsibility for the provision of current and valid passports, visas, inoculations and the like where required is that of the customer alone and Kaletur Tourism LTD (its owners, outfitters, agents, and employees) shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure that he has complied with all such requirements. Kaletur Tourism LTD, does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations. |

*** Payments and Refund of Deposit Policy *** |
A minimum deposit of 33.3% of tour & services price is required at time of booking in order to secure a reservation. After you have placed a deposit to secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your fare at the final payment due date. This is usually, but not limited to, 30-60 days prior to tour and services start date unless otherwise specified at time of booking. There will be no contract between Encounter Tours, LLC and customer until a deposit has been received.
Cancellation: Should the customer(s) or any one or more of the persons for whom he/she has booked the tour wish to cancel the tour, whatever the reason for such cancellations, Encounter Tours, LLC must be advised thereof in writing under the date and signature of the customer(s). Deposits paid are not refundable under any circumstances. |
*** REFUND SCHEDULE *** |
-- 21 or more days prior to tour & services start date: 100% of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
-- 14 to 20 days prior to tour & services start date: 70% of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
-- 7 to 13 days prior to tour and services start date: 50% of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
-- 24 hours to 6 days prior to tour and services start date: 30 % of tour and services price, (not including deposit)
-- Upon beginning of tour: NO REFUND FOR ANY MONIES PAID. (Once a service has commenced, no refunds can be made for any specific tour accommodation, sightseeing and any other services not taken.) |

Land rates do not include international flights between the countries and domestic flights in the country, unless stated in the itinerary. Any expenses in the passport costs, visas, airport departure taxes, photography fees payable at admission sites, excess baggage, forwarding of baggage and souvenirs, meals not specified on the itineraries, all personal expenses incurred at the hotels and the customary tips to drivers and guides, which are left to passengers discretion, are not included. Kaletur Tourism LTD, shall not be obliged to make any refund for arrangements specified in the itinerary and not utilized by the participants (i.e. meals provided that customers do not eat). Kaletur Tourism LTD is not responsible for the obtaining of refunds on lost or unused transportation tickets of any kind (i.e., bus tickets misplaced by customer), although every effort will be made to claim settlement on behalf of passengers. |

Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.Kaletur Tourism LTD, will not sell, rent, trade, or give your name, e-mail address, street address or any other personal information to any other organization. |
