Exceptional Service!! Amazing journey
An amazing trip was planned by Yalçin and Chevy for 2 weeks in Turkey. Yalçin was my lifeline. As a solo, female traveler in a country where I don't speak the language, he was always available at all hours and able to provide support and follow up. All domestic flights, hotels, ground transportation, guides and tours were arranged from North to South of Turkey. It was a complex agenda but very enriching and I really appreciate Yalçin's help. He even gave me his Istanbulcard and provided better local transit option advice than I had planned. Yalčin, I can't thank you enough for being there for me and making sure all the pieces fit together seamlessly. Five stars review
We had an unforgetable & fantastics experience with Red Bird. We spent 8 days in Istanbul & Cappadosia. During these touring, first of all I would liked to thanks Mr Mao for his considerate arrangement and patient explationation. Secondly is Mr Rocky's arranged a very comfortable & satisfied transportation, airport shuttle service, lodging and meals for us. Nice to meet our handsome and great tour guide, Ah Du, who can speak very well in Mandarin and friendly & nice drivers. Customer experience and helping out
Will highly recommend Mr Yelcin. Sincerity and customer experience for families is at the heart of his service. Mr Yelcin organized our trip. He was patient with us and helped customize the trip meeting our budgetary needs. We got picked up from Capadoccia hotel, Mr Erol was the driver, nice Mercedes Minivan, and Mr Ebubakr was the guide for one day. Kids really enjoyed with Mr Ebubakr, very polite and patient, punctual and meticulous on timing. Capadoccia balloons were arranged. 100 USD per person. Sultan balloons. We booked our own hotels, though Mr Yelcin provided options as well which were nice. Bursa trip was nice. Visited the city, castle surroundings, Tombs. Village nearby. Pottery shop, Turkish delights. We were taken to really nice restaurants with good food. Brilliant experience. The driver didn’t speak English but we used the translator to communicate. For guide separate charges had to to be paid, which is something that can br improved for facilitating the travelers. The best thing about the trip though was availability of Mr Yelcin online 24/7. Fantastic Experience
Our guide and tour coordinator Yalcin Dogru was the best guide I had in a while. He did a fantastic job. Our experience was great. I highly recommend him to anyone who is travelling in Turkiye. Great experience
Rocky arranged transportation, lodging, meals, and tours for us. We visited Cappadocia, kusadasi, Ephesus, and pamukale, and had a wonderful and memorable experience. Perfect organisation
Spent just over two weeks touring a few of the main sites in Western and central Turkey on a private tour. Everything went smoothly, great hotels in great locations, super guides, air conditioned transport throughout (some days it reached 43 degrees). Yalcin organised excellent guides to replace our original guide who fell seriously ill during the tour (last news was he's now recovering), no mean feat in a busy high season. He also organised a super private day boat trip at short notice whilst we were at the coast. I highly recommend Red Bird. Worry/Stress Free Planning, extremely reliable, highly recommend!!
If you are looking for a review, please read this. NOTE: Locations of our trip consist of Istanbul, Izmir and Cappadocia Taking time out to write this review because people should know the kind of great hospitality and service that they have provided us during our unforgettable trip in Turkey. It really made us not want to go back home. The day we had to go back was a sad day for us :( We have planned our trip for many months and have been in touch with Rocky from Red Bird Travel about what we wanted, and I must say that he has been extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the way. As we were quite flexible with our schedule, we had an idea of where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. Some of which had some domestic flight clashes as we were going to a few places. He helped us planned out the journey seamlessly and made recommendations to overall make our lives easier. This gave us confidence in our trip as what most travelers are looking forward to. Our entire trip from the moment we landed was a very smooth journey, all the tour guides at all the locations are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. As sometimes we have more in depth questions about the history of a particular place/situation/person, they will take the time to explain about them. This really helped us to understand how great this country was and still is. On top of that, we wanted to go for the hot air balloon, and they are very strict when it came to flying because it depends on the weather. Prior to us coming to Cappadocia from Izmir, Rocky had already mentioned that the past 2 weeks had been cancelled due to bad weather as they are very strict with this. But Rocky kept us updated along the way about the status and eventually after 2 failed attempts, we finally had the opportunity to go for this breathtaking experience. Apart from that, Rocky also was kind enough to give us recommendations of where locals go to and it did not disappoint. Please check the photos for details. Overall, Rocky and team deserves the recognition for organizing the trip. They go above and beyond in taking care of their customers and forging that relationship. The way they treat their customers are unparalleled. I highly recommend anyone coming to Turkey to engage Rocky from Red Bird Travel. First trip to Istanbul
I’m so happy to have been with Merve during my time in Istanbul!! I learned and experienced so much. It was mine and my husband’s first time to Turkey and we enjoyed every minute. The daily tours were well planned and organized. The sights were phenomenal. We were able to do everything in our itinerary plus get some free time to eat and shop. Amazing
